FROM 245 DOWN TO 155 WITH THE 7-SECOND MORNING ROUTINE...

My Transformation

Hello… I’m Kathy.

I’m a 48 year old, recently widowed woman with two wonderful teenagers.

Since my husband Rick passed away unexpectedly 18 months ago, our lives have been chaotic.

Losing my husband and the ensuing stress of keeping up with everything (work, kids, activities) caused me to neglect my health even more than I had before.

That’s when my weight really started to pack on.

And the reality check of it came to head a few months ago at a regular checkup.

I stepped on the scale and I’d hit 245 pounds (245.4 to be exact).

I’d never been this heavy in my life.

245 staring back at me… I was in shock. I’d never seen that number before.

I knew I’d gotten bigger, but I had no idea I’d let it get that bad.

I just stood there and started crying… I couldn’t believe it.

The nurse that was there (a nice lady name Amy) just stood there with me patiently as I gathered myself.

That fateful visit was a few months ago… but yesterday at my follow up that same nurse weighted me in at 155!

Nurse Amy was stunned. Then she went on about how proud she was of me.

Once again, I couldn’t hold back my tears because it reminded me of the all the successes, failures, and heartbreak I’d experienced throughout my journey.

In the past, I’d tried eating healthy and walking a few miles a day… but it didn’t help.

I even tried fads, the eating plans, caloric deficit diets, shakes, exercise clubs… I really lost count of many failed attempts I’d put myself through.

Even tried the whole gambit of Paleo, Keto, Mediterranean… and the results were dismal.

No matter what I tried, my larger self stayed the same, and I thought nothing would ever work for me.

And deep down, I knew it had gotten bad… I was just ignoring it.

I was ignoring it to the point that I’d taken the mirror off the bathroom door because I didn’t want to be reminded of my size anymore.

This went on for almost a year.

Until…

A chance conversation with my friend Carla.

After patiently listening to my frustrations, she passed me a note and shared with me a video with a simple 7-Second “Morning Routine”.

This simple tweak kick-started my metabolic system into overdrive… causing me to shed the stubborn pounds that had been sticking around for years.

I found it a bit bizarre… but it’s so simple and easy to do.

…and it only takes two steps.

✅Step 1: Grab your go-to morning drink.

✅Step 2: Follow exactly what they say in the video below.

I even put off starting what Carla had shared with me, because I was really skeptical. I just honestly didn’t believe it.

How could one simple change in the morning really make a difference? After all I’d tried and failed with in the past, this simply didn’t make sense to me.

But I gave it a shot anyway, and it wasn’t long before I started to notice a transformation.

As of yesterday, these simple steps have dropped me down 90 pounds!

I didn’t expect the transformation I’ve achieved… it’s nothing short of amazing.

In just a few months, a “new me” emerged, after my body learned how to release belly fat throughout the day.

My stomach has literally flattened to what it was in high school over 30 years ago!

In the past couple of months, I’d have so many questions about how I did what I did… but the best way for me to help others is to share the same video that Carla shared with me.

I have to say, I never thought I’d be this size again… which should give others hope.

‍If you’ve tried and failed as much as I have, you know how I felt.

I’d love for others to look and feel as good as I do now, so please take a minute to check out the video below… it’s still up and running, but I’m not sure how much longer they’ll leave it up.

Best wishes,

Kathy
